Using Meet.bot with Zapier

You can connect Meet.bot with Zapier to automatically fetch availability from a scheduling page and book meetings directly, without copying links back and forth.

The main features of the Meet.bot integration are:

  • Search: Get Slots → Retrieve available booking slots from a scheduling page.

  • Action: Book Meeting → Create a meeting in one of those slots.

This makes it easy to integrate Meet.bot into form submissions, CRM workflows, or internal automations. This feature is available on all plans, including the free plan.

Step 1: Start with a Trigger App

Meet.bot cannot start a Zap on its own. You’ll normally begin with another tool:

  • Form (e.g., Typeform, HubSpot forms, Jotform) → when someone completes a signup or demo request.

  • Chat (e.g. Support chat, Slack) → when someone wants to book a meeting

  • CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) → when a new contact or deal is added.

  • Spreadsheet (e.g., Google Sheets) → when a new row of lead data is entered.

Step 2: Add Meet.bot Search – Get Availability Slots

Choose the Meet.bot → Get Slots zap to look up available times.

Inputs:

  • page (required) → the scheduling page URL, e.g. https://meet.bot/user/30min

  • count → maximum number of slots to return

  • start / end → filter slots within a date range (YYYY-MM-DD)

  • timezone → IANA timezone string (e.g. America/New_York). Defaults to the user’s account.

  • booking_link → set true if you want each slot in the response to also include a ready‑to‑share booking link (ideal for emailing or pasting in Slack).

Example use cases:

  • Send 3 upcoming slots to a lead via email with a bookable link.

  • Share the first available slot in a live chat.

  • Have your AI Agent retrieve the optimal slots for any scenario.

Step 3: Add Meet.bot Action – Book a Meeting

Once you know which slot you want to use, add the Meet.bot → Book Meeting zap.

Inputs:

  • page (required) → scheduling page URL.

  • start (required) → start time of the meeting in ISO8601 format (from the slot returned by Get Slots).

  • guest_email (required) → email of the person booking.

  • guest_name (required) → their name.

  • notes (optional) → any notes for the booking; these appear in the calendar invite.

Example use cases:

  • Enable a live chat user to book a meeting directly from the chat.

  • Insert a slot link into Slack → when chosen, call Book Meeting to finalize.

  • Allow your AI Agent to complete a booking once a time slot is confirmed.

Step 4: Test & Turn On

Zapier will let you send test data to Meet.bot:

  1. Run a Get Slots test to confirm available times return.

  2. Use one of those slots with the Book Meeting step.

  3. Once confirmed, turn the workflow on and scheduling and bookings are now automated.

Example Zaps

  • Form → Availability Email:
When someone fills out a demo request form, fetch 3 slots from Meet.bot and automatically email them.

  • AI Agent → Auto‑Booking:
When you need to plan a next task, your AI Agent automatically finds the optimal slot and books it into your calendar.

✅ With Meet.bot, Zapier workflows can either surface availability for your leads or go all the way to confirmed bookings - all without leaving your other tools.
