Your Meetbot scheduling page is where people book time with you, so making it look and work just right is important! You get to the configuration by clicking EDIT on any of your scheduling pages that you find on https://meet.bot/pages/. Here’s a breakdown of each section you’ll find when setting up your page:

1. Title

At the very top, you can set or change the title of your scheduling page. This title will be displayed prominently when someone opens your page, so make it clear and inviting!

2. Details

In the Details section, you can customize the core information for your meeting page:

  • Slug (URL/Meeting Link): This is the unique link people will use to access your scheduling page.

  • Duration: Set how long meetings booked through this page will last.

  • Location: Choose where the meeting will happen: Google Meet, a manually entered location, or leave the field empty.

  • Description: Add a short explanation about the meeting. This helps invitees know what to expect.

3. Styling

Personalize your scheduling page to match your brand and style:

  • Show Logo: Choose whether to display your company logo (uploaded in your profile settings).

  • Primary Color: Pick a highlight color for buttons and available dates.

  • Background Image: Use our default, remove it for a clean look, or upload your own image.

These options help you create a professional, branded experience for your invitees.

4. Availability

Set when people can book meetings with you:

  • Time Zone: Select your time zone. Your availability is always set in your own time zone, so it’s important to get this right. Visitors will see your available times in their own time zone, but your settings stay consistent.

  • Time Slots: For each day, add the time ranges when you’re available. Meetbot will check your connected calendars and only offer slots that are truly free, so you never get double-booked.

5. Read Calendars

Tell Meetbot which calendars to check for conflicts:

  • By default, we use your main connected calendar.

  • You can add other calendars (shared, team, or private) to make sure all your commitments are considered.

  • Don’t worry, your calendar details are never shared with anyone. We only use them to check your availability.

6. Other Settings

Fine-tune your booking experience:

  • Buffer Times: Add time before or after meetings for preparation or follow-up.

  • Minimum Booking Notice: Set how soon someone can book a meeting (for example, no meetings can be booked less than 2 hours from now).

  • Maximum Days into the Future: Decide how far into the future people can book with you (for example, up to 30 days ahead).

Take a few minutes to review each section and make your scheduling page your own. You can update these settings anytime to fit your needs. If you have any questions or need help, our support team is always here for you!
