On your Profile page you can personalize a number of account settings. Here’s a quick guide to help you get started:
1. Personal Details
Enter your first and last name. This shows on the meeting invites that get shared with people. If you've connected your calendar, we will fill in these details automatically from your account.
2. Email Address
Your account’s email address is shown here. This is where you’ll receive important notifications and updates from Meetbot.
3. Username
Choose a unique username. This will appear in the URL for your personal meeting pages. For example username "vincent" would show as: https://meet.bot/vincent/30minutes. Pick something easy to remember and share!
4. Company Logo
Upload your company logo to brand your scheduling pages. You can also choose whether to include your logo by default on all new scheduling pages (you can change this at any time).
5. Calendar Connection
If you’ve connected your calendar, you can select which calendar Meetbot should use for scheduling. This ensures your meetings are always up to date.
